The second quarter of 2021 saw notable activity in the food and drink app sector on Android in Turkey. Here’s a breakdown of the performance trends for the top 5 apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Yemeksepeti - Food & Grocery showed strong performance in weekly downloads, peaking at 227K in the week of April 26. The app maintained high download numbers throughout the quarter, with a notable rise to 199K in the week of June 21. Active users also saw an increase, starting from 2.1M at the beginning of April and reaching approximately 2.3M by the end of June.

Domino's Pizza Turkey had a consistent download trend, with a high of 36.7K in the first week of April. Downloads remained around 20-30K weekly, while active users fluctuated slightly, peaking at 163K in mid-May and stabilizing around 144K by the end of June.

Tıkla Gelsin® - Online Yemek experienced a steady increase in downloads, with a peak of 27.3K in late June. Active users followed a similar upward trend, growing from 77K at the start of April to 87K by the end of June, indicating a growing user base.
